Chris Sidgwick has worked in the NHS for over 40 years in Nursing and Midwifery and her last post was Joint Head of Midwifery for a Trust in the West Midlands.

Since 2003, Chris has been a Midwifery Advisor, commissioned by five NHS Trusts throughout the UK to undertake Midwifery / Maternity Service Reviews and assist them to improve their services to women and their babies. Chris has also provided professional advice to a children’s charity and a multinational organisation.

Chris says “I am committed to improving the quality and safety of services to childbearing women and their families in the UK and beyond”.
